    Nothing happens buying games / movies from Xbox


    Hello,

    Since yesterday I am unable to buy anything from xbox. I have a Xbox One S and Live Gold.

    When I go to Store and click on purchase (or purchase with gold and so on) the screen just blinks (as trying to connect something) and two things may happen :

    - Come back to the same screen without purchase anything or

    - message : unable to connect.

    Important things :

    - I am able to buy from PC

    - Games bought from PC appear to download at my Xbox

    - My internet connection is working without problems including at Xbox (as I am able to play online an so on).

    I've tried to log off, delete profile, disconnect from my wireless, plug off and reboot several times.

    Can someone helps, please ?

    Let me explain, I bought 5 movies on Xbox. The only way I can watch them is on a Xbox or PC. When you buy movies from Amazon or VUDU you can watch them on XBox, PC's, Ipads, Iphones, Roku, literally anything. Amazon movies are universal. So all I am
    saying is why buy movies from Xbox video when you can optimize your viewing choices buy buying the same movies on a Amazon or VUDU. The xbox plays everything. Its a excellent viewing device. All I am saying is do not BUY your movies from XBOX VIDEO since
    you limit where the movies you own can be seen.

    I have this same issue. It seems to have nothing to do with xbox narrator. It only happens with one of my movies. Doesn’t happen to others.
