Nothing fixes poor fps when turning in most games on xbsx

I am experiencing a strobe effect when playing most games on my Xbox. I have a modern and expensive gaming monitor with 144 hz refresh rate. I have gone through all the settings, made sure I have the right hdmi cables. And every time I turn in games like starfield, fo76, stalker, dying light 2 etc. the frame rate seems to drop and it’s like a strobe light is going off. It’s even noticeable when running games in performance mode. Is this just how the games run on this console ( I have 2 xbsx ) ? I have been struggling with this for over a year and have even gone as far as buying most of the same games on ps5 as this issue is not happening on that system. Any ideas I don’t want to abandon my long running Xbox account but this issue is a deal breaker

It’s more noticeable on any tv and I didn’t know Samsung put malware in their monitors lmfao

A monitor advertising 144hz is advertising hacked hardware, or is using the PC graphics card in place of spending money on providing you with proper chip sets and algorithms inside the display

Monitors are meant for use with computers, they're not meant for use with game system. Buy a TV and you will hardly ever have any problems. Monitors do not offer any more of an advantage than a pair of air Jordans no matter what anyone tells you

You need to set multiple multiples of 30, because that's what the entire video display industry is standardized on.

I try few more things

1. When i down from 120 fps to 60 fps - the problem fixed (but is important to me to stay on 120 fps)

2. When i turned off the option on my tv called :

instant game response

It’s also fixed but not good play on this mode (fps down and more)

Just because its a out dated console you ignore fixing glitches/bugs when the game was released on Xbox 360. I'm sorry that's a poor excuse, because everyone is telling me that is case they never will fix the glitches/bugs. They ban you when your embarrassing
them on how horrible the game is on glitches/bugs when they do nothing! Oh really? This is ridiculous! You ban people and you don't do nothing about it on fixing your games. Talk about loss of reputation and Microsoft itself. Even trying to make Turn 10 to
contact Sumo-Digital is not easy task.
