    microsoft jigsaw will not download

    Classic jigsaw and the daily challenges will not download. Is it going to be fixed? It was working on my laptop but not on the desktop. Today 1 of the daily challenges was available but not the other 2.

    New puzzles don't download.

    I want download new puzzles, when I select download, points were deducted and the box says downloading but nothing happens. Daily challenges don't download also. What can I do?

    Something happened with one of the Windows updates that crashed this game. The game lets me purchase this puzzle, but won't let me download it. The game also doesn't work right in the Daily Challenges, since that update. Does Microsoft even monitor and
    fix these problems?

    Yes, it happens with all my games. The consistent error message I get when trying to access Daily Challenges is:

    There was a problem downloading Daily Challenge data. Please refer to error code: 002000

    The same thing happened to me on 31st December - no more daily challenges. They start to load (seemlingly) then it just switches off Jigsaw altogether!

    Jigsaw collections work as usual, but not Daily Challenges.

    Same here. I've downloaded a puzzle collection and nothing, took my coins though. It's impossible for me to open the daily challenges.
