    Nothing but downloading when Jigsaw opens! Please fix it! Nothing works!


    Updating is fine. But you don't have to stop the game while you work on that type of updates! Turn the puzzles back on!

    Daily Challenges hang up on download.

    Jigsaw recently hangs up when attempting to load the daily challenges It opens and shows the three challenges but never downloads , just indicates it is
    downloading . They indicate downloading but nothing happens. I tried using the MS app diagnostic and it indicated that catch e may be corrupt. Tried DISM and sfc /scannow with no success. Works on my tablet and desktop just not on my laptop

    Puzzle download

    I've been trying to download some new puzzles for Jigsaw. Points were deducted, when selecting download, the box says downloading but nothing happens.

    Jigsaw still down

    I have the same issue, in that the jigsaws I have tried to download won't download all the way. The line shows that it is downloading, but it stops and then nothing happens. Please fix this!!!!

    Jigsaw splash screen only - no playable game after upgrade to build 17692.rs in windows 10

    New insider's update to 17704, the Ms jigsaw just opens splash screen then nothing. I have tried all the fixes and still not working. You fix one problem but broke this game from working. I notice I just got a update about 10 minutes ago, still not fix.
