Nothing being done in 72+ hours communications still banned

I'm still unable to talk to anyone on xbox live after my suspension had finished I'm paying for xbox live and not being able to use the features that I'm paying for NOT happy at all

Help unlocking achievement i have already completed.

I need help unlocking the Certifiable achievement in Rocket League. I have done this achievement twice already and still not unlocking. I contacted Rocket League support center, they told me to reset xbox and wait 72 hours. It has been more than 72 hours
and nothing! This is my last achievement to be 100% so please help.

I was Abuse and harassment banned 1 days after being communication banned I get why I was communication banned and learned from my lesson but I do not understand how I could of abused someone or harassed anyone while I was still communication banned please
lift the ban Account is Arisonzombies75 p.s the filing case review isn't working so what an i meant to do nothing is appearing after i do the question air..

all it takes is one report from someone who does not like the pic and the AI auto bans you, it can take up to or even longer than 72 hours. even pics that xbox themselves provide have got people banned.

nothing you can do but wait, support cannot assist and no other way to contact them.

basically, if your ban is 3 days or less then there is no point submitting a review as nothing will be done, the system is broken.

I did 5 times ...same answer 24-72 hours ...well its been 3 days and nothing...no communication

Sadly there is nothing that can be done about the ban. 24 hours ban cannot be appealed nor removed from the account.

There is an appeal button but I am unable to click on it. It is a communications ban that lasts 72 hours and should allow an appeal but the button itself is green but cant be clicked. Any ideas, Mr. Jesse?
