Não recebi o Código do combo.

Realizei a compra de um Equipamento edição especial com o Gears of War, porem o game não veio. Realizei uma solicitação me passaram o seguinte protocolo de atendimento:

Realizei o envio de fotos do equipamento e também da nota fiscal de compra, porem não obtive retorno.

Suporte de reparo do controle Xbox one

Já faz mais de 3 semanas que enviei meu controle para garantia, mas nada até agora a Microsoft depois de 1 semana mandou um e-mail pedindo a nota fiscal e um CPF do controle eu fui e mandei, já tá se passou 1 semana e nada de uma resposta. é
normal essa demora?
