    Not working when i put my disc in the xbox one


    Okay so, i've entered the disc in and nothing happens lol literally nothing happens. i've tried a hard reset like 10 times. It's not in my game & apps or ready to install. Nothing is wrong the disc it works on my xbox 360. Soooooooooo pleas ehelp me someone
    i was looking forward to this :'(

    Bioshock Infinite is not being recognized as compatible

    Everything is working on my Xbox One, it recognizes all the Xbox One game discs I put in, and other Backwards Compatible 360 games, however, when I put in the disc for Bioshock Infinite, it says that the game is not compatible with Xbox One, despite it being
    on the list for backwards compatible games. Not quite sure what to do.

    Ayup,

    When I try to put a xbox one game in my xbox it won't work unless put pressure on the top of it then it clunks into position. But at the moment this isn't working and it will not read my disc.

    Need a short or long term fix quick, just want to play wildlands

    Hey there,

    Could you try a different Xbox 360 disc on your Xbox One console that's backward compatible and let us know what happens? That will help narrow down the issue for us! Not working when i put my disc in the xbox one :)

    Could you try a different Xbox 360 disc on your Xbox One console that's backward compatible and let us know what happens? That will help narrow down the issue for us! :)

    It should also work on Xbox One bc.
    When I put in the disc, my xbox one s says to me that this game doesn't work here. Do I still have to purchase the game, even though I have the original disc?

    It actually seem to be the disc im trying to play if i put another dvd in it works fine which is strange iv tried several discs and they all work apart from this one and if i put that disc in my pc it works fine but it used to work on my xbox one x before i got my series x its not the disc as it works on my pc and actual old dvd player
