When I click on a puzzle, it acts like it's loading, and then the screen just shuts down. What's going on and what can I do to make it work again?

Game not working please help

Ok so my problem is every time I start up Modern Warfare 3 it goes to a black screen then says disconnected from live like im going to update then sends me back to the dashboard connected to live. Anything I could do to fix this problem?

I too am having the same problem. It started when my computer updated. I even had the Microsoft tech and Windows tech on my computer and they couldn't help. There seems to be something in the loading process that is not connecting for me.

Sounds like you might have notifications turned off.

To check,scroll to the right of your dash,click on "preferences",& then "notifications & turn them on if they are off.

To be clear, what do you see when you try using the console on this TV with this HDMI?

Are there any firmware updates available for your TV? Are other devices working properly with these HDMI ports on the TV? Using the same HDMI cable too?

What happens if you try different cables on the console & this TV? All of that work OK? Tried an entirely new HDMI cable as well? Any change with that?

To be sure do you see the same issues with another Ethernet cable or on a friend's network?

Do you see the same thing when connected directly to your modem?

Let's have you try the
connection troubleshooter and the steps it lists.

When you run the test be sure to post any error you are greeted with so we can get a better idea of the cause.
