[Not working multiplayer does not detect me that I have gold]

If you believe you have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription but it's not showing in-game, you'll want to hit up
phone or chat support and have them take a closer look at your account. They can handle account/billing related issues far more than we can since we are public facing.

He bought an XboxLive Gold subscription, but after trying to start the Server, I got a message: "Your Xbox settings for Microsoft connection does not require a multiplayer connection. Checked privacy and online security settings at aka.ms/accountsetting
to have a Xbox Live Gold account , and the settings allow you to play in multiplayer. " I have an account and allow you to set and allow such a game, I also checked the settings in the game - multiplayer also works - so why this feature does not work? I've
already bought these functions and everything worked well. Please contact me for help

Don't factory reset your xbox one. That does not work, i've tried it my self countless amount of times. It does not work. If you're xbox detects the ethernet cable and you test your multiplayer conection like me, and it gives you the message

"Not connected"

Send your Xbox for repair. Like i'm going to do.

that has nothing to do with this error and does not help even a format of the whole hd. the connection to xbox live works fine, it just that it does not detect gold account.
