No games dvr function, does not run win + g shortcut, how can i solve problem

Game DVR not working and captures not showing up

game dvr not working correctly and captures not showing up keep getting error saying something went wrong with error code 0x87c40156 any help to solve this would be much appreciated thanks

 

Game DVR shared section not working

Everytime I try to load the shared section it says "Something went wrong with loading this info try again later. Something went wrong"

I use my shared section all the time so this is rather annoying. Anyone got any help in this area? All the other DVR sections are working fine.

I have not made any changes to my computer

2. Are you encountering this issue when recording game clips?

Yes, I do not work the win + g key combination, it just does not work anything from the DVR

The 2 methods you give me already do, but they do not correct the problem

If nothing happens when you press the Windows logo key + G, check your Game bar settings. Open the Xbox app, and go to
Settings > Game DVR. Make sure Record game clips and screenshots using Game bar is
On.

Kindly sign in using a different Microsoft account in the Xbox app and check if the same thing occurs.

Here’s how:

1. Open the Xbox app.

2. Select Settings.

3. Select Sign Out.

4. Select Sign In.

5. Under Use another account, select Sign in with a different Microsoft account.

6. In the Choose an account window, select the Microsoft account that you want to sign in with.
