    Not working correctly


    I tried to buy tickets and coins by watching ad. It is not working anymore ad does not come up anymore only buffering and buffering or error message comes up. What is wrong with it and when can I use it again.

    Hmm weird, sounds like there could be a fault with the controller. Do you get the same results in a different controller?

    Xbox not working correctly

    Hey Sean The Awe3som,

    I would give the following a try:

    If you can navigate through the Dash try to Reset the Console on there, as explained here: http://support.xbox.com/xbox-one/console/reset-console-to-factory-defaults
    , select the option to "Keep your Games and apps".

    If you can reach that and selected the option and the Dashboard goes just back to the previous screen, turn off the Xbox by holding the Xbox Button until it shuts off, unplug it for 2 mins from Power. replug and restart. It should start the Reset after that
    then.

    If you cant navigate the Dash and get to that point or the reset wont start in the way above do the following:

    - Power off your console

    - Unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.

    - Wait 30 seconds, then plug the power cord back in.

    - Press and hold the BIND button (Xbox One: located on the left side of the console, Xbox One S: located on the front below the power button) and the EJECT button (located on the front of the console), and then press the Xbox button on the console.

    - Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds. Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.

    - The console should power up and take you directly to the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter.

    - On the Troubleshooter select "Reset" and when asked select the option to "Keep your Games and Apps".

    In both cases make sure you know your Email / Password combination of your Account before you do the Reset.

    In most cases the Reset corrects issues like that.

    are there any electronic devices near your Xbox that could cause interference?

    that can cause the controller to disconnect.

    also if there is furniture (such as a coffee table) directly between the controller and Xbox you can experience these issues.

    So, when was the last time you played Titanfall 2? Are you sure it was still installed in full and not some ghost listing? I've seen this in Windows, and I assume the same sort of bug could persist within Xbox OS (windows based). Of course, if you had
    been playing TF2 recently (why wouldn't you have been, its a great game), then this isn't really a likelihood at all.

    I haven't bought any other storage options so only internal. I want to get a TB drive but I don't have any other drives. I know this isn't miscalculation on my part since I originally had 2.4 gigs before I deleted TF2 and I now have 14.8 gigs because I
