    Not work Messages on Xbox One dashboard


    when I try to send messages to other users on my Xbox One says: "Unable to send messages verifying your accout" .. when I click the link to verify the problem tells me it does not exist. On other accounts in the same console the problem does not occur and
    the settings are the same for everyone.

    Hi, Currently keyboards and mice are not fully supported by the Xbox One. this means that mice will not work, and the keyboard can only be used to type messages and codes on the dashboard.

    If its the CD then install it in your Xbox by going to the dashboard and go to game details on your disc and install it if that doesn't not work message me back.

    Same here, I've been In the preview dashboard beta signup for two years. I bought a new xbox one s, downloaded the insider hub app and enrolled this new xbox in the program. My old xbox received the new dashboard update. On my xbox one s I am receiving this
    error message.
    Microsoft fixed it. It's working now

    They have not fixed it for me I still have this issue.

    Avatars are a thing of the past, they're useless on the Xbox One, just like the reputation system. Still no voice messaging, can't purchase gamerpics, can't purchase themes or different colors for dashboard, etc. It's improving but there are still a lot
    of little things that are missing. I prefer the 360's dashboard to the Xbox one's dashboard right now.

    Do you have formed a Party via the XBOX 360 Dashboard ? Because doing it via XBOX one will not work.

    Just open the XBOX 360 Dashboard with your "ONE" Controller (pressing "view" and "menue" Buttons both together) and follow the instructions at the 360 Dashboard to form up a Party. This should work for you.
