Not Updating Worlds

So when i get on minecraft and i try and get on lets say ADVENTURER’S DREAM all it has is a blue “!” Mark and says its downloading but when i try to click CREATE NEW WORLD its not there just a blank box where it should be. What should i do because i
dont want to reset it because if my survival world that ive been playing for almost a year and i dont want it all erased.

If it has a blue ‘!’ Then that means the file data is corrupt and you must manually see what has corrupted it. It is most likely had parts deleted of it so if thats the case then the world is gone forever. Try copying the world if you can and check the storage
section which you can access by clicking the settings icon in the minecraft play world screen.
