not understanding

for some reason its not letting me send messages on the app or my pc. I'm not sure what's going on with it because I used my phone number to get a code and it submitted it and logged out and signed back in and its still not letting me send a message. how
do I fix it??

Not understanding FINAL FANTASY XIV

The developer of ffxiv wants it to be cross platform because they don't want you to be limited to just a section of gamers. I personally love the idea of cross platforming because my cousins have this game for ps4 and PC so if I could join them in Xbox that
would be fantastic.

Good Afternoon! Thank you for answering me quickly, it is really appreciated Josef. It started today, I really don't know why. That tells me I didn't follow the code of conduct. But I wonder, is the ban eternal? I'm on Xbox serie X. I turned off and restart my console back on several times. I looked for an update that maybe I didn't see, etc.

https://enforcement.xbox.com/

There you can view the remaining time or if it’s a permanent suspension

Are you not able to see an active suspension?

I should also add, if games want to penalise you for leaving they also have to make a way out, very few games have a resign option, which IMO should be in every MP game.
