Discus and support not turning on in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; so i have one of the original xbox ones and it wont turn on with the controller and when i touch the button on the front to turn it on it still wont....     not turning on


    so i have one of the original xbox ones and it wont turn on with the controller and when i touch the button on the front to turn it on it still wont. is this a sign of it about to give up the ghost and i have to get a replacement? please any help is appreciated.

    (cant edit) also whats up with not being able to join games of turned with your friends? whats that all about? the maximum party limit is 1 for some reason. Lame.

    Have you guys tried to unplug the xbox from everything and then reconnecting all the plugs back in, because sometimes I have problems with that but I'm not sure, I don't know if this will be helpful for you but that is the only suggestion that I have for

    The ideal would be to check the physical issue of the controller.

    I recommend going to https://support.microsoft.com/devices, signing in with your Microsoft account (MSA), registering your controller (if you haven't already done so), and opening a service request. You can follow her on the same link.
