Not to happy Xbox one having issues!

Ok, I recently got my xbox one on christmas 2016 and it worked great up until about 3 weeks, the wifi stopped working and it would just disconnect randomly in the middle of my games like every 10 minutes, this made every thing I do unplayable. So this forced
me to put my router into my room and use an ethernet and havnt had any problems yet with it. But one of the biggest problems is my controller. It will not stay connected for a minute i have a wireless controller and every time i connect it stays perfectly
fine for 30 seconds or so then will not connect back i tried syncing it and putting new batteries in but nothing would work so I tried to use a micro usb cord and it worked for a couple days then it stopped working ever time I moved the cord ever so slightly
it would disconnect so I bought a new micro usb cord and same issue so I bought a new controller and the same wireless and wired issue... I am very frustrated with this and I dont know what to do if you could please help I would appreciate it.

Blu-ray player

What's with the Blu-ray issues?

I was having so many issues playing Blu-ray movies that I went and bought a Blu-ray player (not happy by the way) I thought the Xbox one was supposed to eliminate all that and be "the only box needed".

Hey Fizlit! Are you connecting any headsets or other accessories to the controllers? Additionally, make sure there aren't any devices between the console and the controller that may interfere. Post back and let me know!

Not sure where i said it's a fact that everyone is happy with their xbox one.It is a fact that I have been more than happy with my xbox one since launch. Your issues with GTA & Fifa are nothing to do with Microsoft,there was a service alert concerning the
marketplace a couple of weeks ago but apart from that it's been up & running fine.

Party chat does have the odd issue I agree,& MCC is down to 343.

So no,not everyone else has said the xbox one has been a huge letdown from day one,in fact i'd say the majority of people are more than happy with the xbox one.

As for the enforcement action,you say your friends have been sending messages over live that break the CoC,that will be why they are suspended

Have you tried unplugging the power brick from both the wall and the Xbox One for at least ten minutes? When I had power issues with my Xbox One, this resolved the issue.

Please let me know if this works for you since I enjoy trouble shooting issue such as this.
