Not syncing data on mine-craft

Doing a simple power cycle (shutdown and then turn back on) should fix this issue.

a simple re-install will fix that issue .. just make sure to uninstall everything including the save game that is stored on the Xbox , don't worry all the progress is saved on the cloud so your son will continue playing normally after a short download

First off if you uninstall and reinstall the game, this does not delete anything saved. This is all saved to the cloud on the Xbox one automatically, if connected to the internet and have Xbox live.

First we recommend trying clear the local save game on the console. This will force it to sync from the cloud. Go to settings>account>system>storage>clear local save.

Thank you for taking the time to reply to this thread, and elaborating on this info.

This is unlikely to be the source of being unable to sync your data correctly. As long as no one is using your account on a different console, you removed your account from your console or uninstalled the game, you should not experience having to sync your
save data often.

The last time that you were able to sync your save data, were you on the same console?

At this point, If possible, I would recommend that you try using an alternate network, such as a mobile hotspot, in order to be able to sync your save data correctly. Once this is done, you should be able to switch over to your home network and should no
longer encounter this problem.

As of now I have had no luck within the advice you have given me my Minecraft account still will not sync my user data, last time it did sync was indeed my Xbox One Console and I'm still trying to understand how it has happened thank you for the link I
