    Not synching with my purchases


    My xbox rewards are no longer synching with my purchases, I have spent around 200 dollars in the last 2 months and havent recieved any rewards points for my purchases

    My controller has problems.. HELP!

    Have you tried synching the controller & console with the sync buttons only & not pressing the Guide or Start button to turn the controller on..??

    it even comes with a xbox one sticker!! AWESOME!! lol but seriously I cant figure out why my accounts not synching on here unless it is?? because Im using this awesome internet explorer 11 an I have been having NOTHING but problems with it.

    We see that you have been awarded payback for your MyVIP eligible purchases in the last two months. Keep in mind that game consumables, pre-orders, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP. From our FAQ:

    What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

    Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar
    items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

    Sync cloud data not working again and again....

    Synching Data for Fallout 4

    I suspect this is not just for Fallout 4. On a wired internet. Purchased a second xBox One to coop with kid (surprise surprise...no coop.) Had started the game on the other console. The new console takes forever to synch and has failed multiple times,
    although I've not actually seen it give me the final error message.

    I'm on hour 2 right now attempting this synch, having tried all of the fixes I could find on the internet. I think the slow synching issue is still present.

    I did the digital download for Ghosts on my 360 and when I went to purchase on my new One it came up for $10. Maybe your profile hasn't synched or make sure you're using the same Live profile.

    The various parts of LIVE can take a little while to synch up at times.

    Yes, you can replay memories to get 100% synch. Also, if you get 100% synch you unlock cheats to use when you replay memories with 100% synch.
