not sure why im banned and cant get any info on why i talk to no one in game chat and only message my friends

The enforcement team don't use the forums.

It's possible your suspension has been extended due to other offences being discovered.

If nothing is showing on the enforcement site then contact support
here & they should be able to tell you if you have had a extension put on your suspension but will not be able to do anything about it.

Not all suspensions are eligible for a case review.

please send a private message to my Gmail i was supposed to be unbanned. on 11\9\17 7:35 pm its now 11\11\17 10:18 am and im still banned and it wont lemme file a case review either so can u contact my Gmail and lemme know wats going on

 

For information about your ban and to see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com

 

i get that but it wont tell my what i said or did to get banned just communication or chat or whatever

 

The only information the enforcement team will give is what is listed on that site. They will not give specifics. It could have been something that was said to one of your friends.

 

i appreciate the help and all its just crazy i would like to know what i did to even get banned but if i do that survey they will look it over again or?

 

Yes. If you take the questionnaire and submit a review, they will investigate the complaint again to see if they suspended you in error. If they did, they will remove the suspension.
