Can you guys please tell me what's wrong with my account? I can't send messages, party chat invite or in game messages... Please review this, thank you!

Why I can't send messages or join party ?!

hello ,

recently i got banned after the banned over 4 days ago i sitll can't send messages or join a party, etc

i've checked the xbox enforcement to make sure that the there is no banned and the banned was over however i still can't send anything .. please help if you can

I keep getting a message saying your network settings are preventing you from using party chat but all my electronics and my Xbox are connected to the internet I can use live send messages so why can't I use party chat?

Yes, I am a gold member and I assume I am suspended since it says I can't send messages for my past behavior... If I am Id like to know how long because I didn't do anything

I don't think that Phone users are allowed to make/join parties that why Microsoft implemented party chat where iPhone user can send they friend a party chat so that their friend can join through the message. to be able to use party chat you need to have
a chat group with all your friends in it and send a party chat.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums today. What exact message does the app give you? Are you currently using an adult or child account? Are you trying to send messages or connect to a party chat?

A silver membership can actually send/receive messages. They just can't play on Xbox Live or join a party.

As for why you can't send messages, I came up with the following reasons why:

.

- Your/Their account is banned

- Your/Their Inbox is full

- Etc.

.

What I recommend you to do is to contact Customer Support and have them look into your account as to why you are not able to send messages. This is usually not an error and a legitimate reason to why someone wouldn't be able to send messages.
