    Not sure what to do!


    So I did a factory reset on my xbox because it was staying on the green loading screen. After sitting on the Preparing System page and it gets stuck at %50. than pops up Error Code: E105 00000000 C0000102. not sure what to do at this point. pleas don't
    tell me to do the hold BIND,EJECT,POWER tried it multiple times.

    When you get the 3 red lights, what color is the light on your power brick? If it is anything other than green, try turning off your xbox and then disconnect the power brick from the xbox, wall, and the cable going into the brick. Then plug it all back in
    and see if that corrects the issue.

    If the light on the power brick is green, send it in for repair. I would recommend including a note that the issue is intermittent if you do decide to send it in for repair. By the way, it is cheaper to submit your repair online rather than calling xbox
    support.

    See, I made my xbox live account years ago and when I made it, I wasn't serious about it. I don't remember the sign in info at all. I don't know my email or password that I used. I am NOT trying to hack into an account. When I tried to log in my console
    recently, I was forced to sign in using a Microsoft account. Now im all out of options and I don't want to start over my games.

    Hello,

    If you don't know the e-mail address that you used to set your profile up then you'd need to
    contact Microsoft Support Chat.

    Click Billing & Memberships > Under Microsoft Account, click Forgot Microsoft AccountUsername then finally click Chat with Microsoft Support.

    If for whatever reason you can't access Chat Support, then please contact phone support directly.

    As long as you have the gamertag and the information that's associated with the gamertag (name, address, phone number, card number etc.) they should be able to assist you with giving you the e-mail associated with that account.

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that you are updating your console, but the update is not progressing. You can try performing a soft factory reset. We will provide steps on how to access the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter so that
    you may complete this process. This will keep all games and applications installed on the console, but it will remove all the profiles. Therefore, the email address and password for those accounts must be known before this troubleshooting step can be used.
    If the issue persists, we recommend submitting feedback through the
    Xbox Insider subreddit
    and
    Xbox Insider Hub
    . Be sure to let us know the results!

    How to access the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter:

    1. Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.
    2. Wait 30 seconds, then plug the power cord back in.
    3. Press and hold the BIND button (located on the left side of the console) and the
      EJECT button (located on the front of the console), and then press the
      Xbox button on the console.
      Note The Xbox One S All-Digital Edition does not have an
      EJECT
      button. You can bring up the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter on this console by holding only the
      BIND button (steps 3 & 4) and then pressing the Xbox button .
    4. Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.
    5. Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the
      BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.
    6. The console should power up and take you directly to the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter.

    To reset your console from the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter, use the
    D-pad and A button
    on your controller to select Reset this Xbox. When prompted, select
    Keep My Games & Apps.
