Not sure what to do next, need some help if anyone has some advice, thanks!

where to start.... So last night I was sending a payment on my paypal account and I noticed 3 charges from Microsoft and was alarmed immediately as I did not make any purchases to them. I refreshed the page thinking it was a glitch or something and then
3 more charges popped up totaling $72.72 cdn, I then panicked, I went to my active preapprovied payments and canceled any that had Microsoft in the name, I then opened a dispute with paypal telling them I did not make these payments or authorize them in
anyway. I went up stairs where my xbox 360 was thinking maybe my son made the purchases but he was asleep in bed, thinking maybe he made the purchases shortly ago I turned on his xbox and started signing into his account and was greeted with "this account
was last signed in from somewhere else" I then knew one of his friends/family members or even a hacker had possibly bought these purchases. I went to his recent purchase history but it would not load for some reason (maybe because his email was locked) it
was just a blank page with recent purchases titled at the top and 3 dots that to me indicated loading but ever would. I then went to his recent downloads and there were the items that my paypal got charged with, for call of duty ghosts a game he doesn't even
own a session pass and some other skins and map packs. Here's the tricky part. I contacted xbox support via their online chat system and to my horror they could not help me without his email address information and they needed to verify. I then told them
id wait until the morning when he was awake to settle the matter. the next morning i reestablished contact with them and we went onto my sons email only to be greeted with *this account has been locked due to security issues!* it was an icloud account he
had long ago when he made his xbox account like 5-7 years ago. we tried his security question which thankfully was his birth date but nope... that didn't match their records.... I then tried to reset the password and it sent the verification to another one
of his old icould accounts again, he did not remember his password and the security question that was his birth date again was wrong. I kinda chuckled at my bad luck, and when we tried to reset the password for this account it sent an email to a yahoo account,
one he had no memory of creating, being so long ago i don't blame him. I asked the xbox support agent if he could use any of the info from my paypal recipt or anything at all but he could not without use first getting access to his icould account that he
created his xbox live profile with. after about an hour going through stuff on apple support im about readdy to call it quits and take the loss as there is little to no help there at all. the original ipod he used when he created his icloud account is long
gone. i find it odd that a purchase that was made only an hour ago I am unable to disput without this information. can't they just use his gammer tag and his email address with my information and paypal reciept to settle the matter? i have no idea what to
do know. it seems like they made it so difficult that i will never get a refund for these illegal purchases. any advice? im still waiting on pay pal to get back to me but im sure they will just say to contact microsoft who told me to contact apple . thanks

Need advice, turtle beach headset.

hiya folks , need some advice on what turtle beach headset to buy my lad , he has been asking for some for a while now . so i need some opinions on what ones are decent and value for money. also where to buy from would be a great help .

You would need to contact support and have them start an unauthorized access investigation. 1-800-4my-xbox or Contact Us | Xbox Support

 

That's who I originally contacted after i noticed it, I was talking to their online chat support for almost an hour total. they basically said they can't do anything unless my son can log into his icloud account so they can then view his transactions on
his xbox account, makes no sense to me.

 

Hey Kevmachine X! If the account has had unauthorized access, support will need to verify ownership before they make any changes to ensure further damage isn't done. You may need to contact icloud support for assistance with accessing the email account.
