    I don't really have a problem, but I'm curious about my billing date and when the money is actually drawn from my account. Why the huge time difference?

    i posted earlier in thye games section and havent had a reply so thought i would try my luck here any chance anyone has the fable 3 legendary weapons to trade across? all 50 for achievement if possible guys thanks alot in advance

    It really all depends on your financial institution. If your billing date falls on the weekend then it can take 5-7 days before you see it taken out of your account. My current bank takes 3-4 days before they take a payment - and when it was taken from
    another larger named bank - it was 1-2 days. How long are you seeing on your end?

    I'm seeing a difference of 20+ days. And my bank is a fairly large bank. Granted, the billing date fell on a Friday (the 5th), but it still hasn't come out of my bank yet. It's this way every month. Billing on the 5th...shown to be withdrawn on the 27th
    or 28th.

    Wow that is certainly a huge gap. I thought my 3-4 days was long. Are you in America?

    How phone support explained it to me was that when you buy your subscription For Example: 9/29 and you created your account on the 25th of the month you would get billed around the 25th of each month 3 month or year depending on the subscription.

    I created the account on the 3rd. It tells me I will get billed on the 5th. The money actually gets pulled on the 27th or 28th. And yes, I am in America.

    So I guess I need to call phone support to get an answer?

    just give it a try, i guess they will see the same as you do "billing date 5th each month"

    May want to call your bank and see if they can see why it takes so long.
