Not sure I'm connected twice to xbox live on the same console.

I have deleted my profile and clear my cach 3 times but still get the same results.My console model is xbox 360 slim E.

The only way a LIVE profile would be not signed into LIVE is if the console wasn't connected. I'm not sure I see the reason for wanting to not be connected to LIVE if the console could be connected though. Is there something specific you are trying to accomplish?

 

Network and Internet Connected, but NO Xbox live connection!

I have the same problem, I get the message as follows:

Network: Connected

Internet: Connected

Xbox Live: Failed

Then it gives me a message that I am connected to the internet but am not able to join Xbox Live. I have it wired straight from the modem.

Any help is appreciated.

PS: I already tried cleaning the cache twice and still the same issue

I'm having alot problem on xbox live where I'm not recieving any text message and no friend request for two years.I'm not sure my gamertag Ellerkermike40 should be remove from xbox live coumminty.I think I have very bad xbox 360 console or get a new one.

 

I don't think your issue is caused by your Xbox, but rather an account issue, which I would guess is server-side related.

If you could ask one of your friends to send you a message, either through the xbox.com website, or from their console, are you then able to read the message here on www.xbox.com?

Can you sign into https://enforcement.xbox.com/ and tell us your reputation status. It'll give you a breakdown of reputation and reports filed against you (as well as by you) over the past six months.

Give us the status of both your profiles.

 

It says i'm a good player on GT Ellerkermike but I cant register my console to enforcement team.I dont see any reports in the link.

 

That's positive, that you're rated as a good player.

I've sent you a message to each of your profiles (Mellerker600 & Ellerkerike), could you tell me if you're able to read them through xbox.com website, and let me know what the message says.

May I ask, during this period that you've experiencing problems, have you ever had a paid subscription to Live?

My gamertag is Ellerkermike40 my main gold account but this gone too far with lack of friends and lack of text messages.

Not on Ellerkermike40.I think this gamertag is horrible and I getting so many avoided player status.When i preferred a player do they return the favor.I thinking about canceling my xbox live servive if this keep up.I no longer recieving friend request and
text messages for two years.I'm on wired.

 

If this problem has been persistens as closed to two years, I would suggest that you phone Xbox support, and have them know about your situation. An agent would have the proper tools to assist you further.

I already called Microsoft once this year.I think I have wrong xbox 360 console model that freezes alot and I think it has a build in Wifi.Do you think it should better not to use xbox live at all.
