Not sure if this is the right place, but I'm having a problem with my tenure.

Long short, I signed up for Xbox Live in mid-October 2004. The 9 in my profile should have rolled over to a 10 by now. It's been off slightly since the tenure glitch a couple years ago. However, it's now almost a month overdue to hit 10. Not sure if there's
anything I can actually do, but it'd be nice to have it fixed if at all possible. If not, not a huge deal, it just would have been nice for it to be correct with MCC being out tomorrow. To show that yes, I was playing Halo 2 back in the day.

Problems Signing in?

I'm not sure if this a big problem that everyone is having or not but since yesterday ive not been able to sign in. Whenever i click to sign in it just say " Disconnected from Xbox Live". Not sure why this is happening. Everything is fine with my internet
etc. Anyone else having a problem?

Hey there, so can you confirm that you've constantly had live for those years? Not even a few trial memberships or silver status for a week?

Tenure is calculated on how much gold time you've actually had and I know for a fact tenure used to tally even when in a silver status (I had a spate silver account I'd always check on), but I believe they changed that which caused the tenure 'glitch' which
actually just brought a lot of peoples tenure to the correct amount.

I'm not saying that's the case with you as there was a lot of people that did actually display the wrong tenure, though if you've had any free trial periods etc. that would be why. I can confirm that I still go up in tenure on 22/09 as I've never had a day
without it since then.
