    Hi, I'm trying to play an Xbox 360 game on my Xbox One but had to change my password not too long ago. I tried downloading it, but now it is saying I have the wrong password after I know what I put because I double-checked it through Xbox One.

    Hi,

    By chance do you have two-factor authentication setup on your Microsoft account?

    If so, since the 360 can't use it, you need to create an App password and use that password to sign into the 360.

    When I have run into my password not working on my 360, it's because I forget I need to use the app password and not my regular password.
