Not signed in/dont have permission to play online

Hello i've had a hell of a time with the xbox game pass on the pc while im able to play most games there is a handful of others that I can't play. For example I currently own Destiny 2 with all dlc and when i load the game it doesn't sign me in and i get left with an error message saying i don't have permission to play online ect. But I am signed in on the store and xbox app I am also the owner of the account I use and I am not a part of a family or game sharing with anyone. I've done every fix i could find online and nothing is working I get the same error when i try to play back 4 blood any help would be greatly appreciated, cheers!

Hi xxFinalxxKill11, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

For you to manage it you can simply sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings.

If the system detects that your account is a child account you will be redirected to a support site and if not you will be able to change it successfully.

If you were redirected to a support page, please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/family and check if there is an organizer account linked to your account then use the organizer account so sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings then "allow" the setting on this screenshot:

Whats wrong with the system today!

I finaly manage to renew my subscription yet it still says i dont have permission when i try to play online!

Yes. We never had this issue before. That we dont have permission to use the online feature
