    I have a Desktop and a Laptop with the same Microsoft Jigsaw AND the same ebox sign-in. But, they do not show the same downloads or gold earned. Is there a fix for this ?

    Using two different PCs to play

    I have this on my computer as well as my windows tablet. Even thought I'm signed in on both, both computers aren't showing the same progress. Is it possible to use the same account on more than one device and have the app update?

    Constant Disconnects on XBox Live

    Hi CNKK,

    I apologize if this has been asked already, but is this disconnecting issue affecting your computers as well, both wired or wirelessly? Also, when it occurs, what are the indicator lights showing on the modem? Is the data link light remaining lit up?

    Not showing on both computers.

    Having the same issue. Both my computers are syncing up with each other as far as daily challenges completed and gold earned. I'm logged in on both computers with the same Xbox account. I've tried uninstall/reinstall/app updates. Nothing.

    Lost game progress

    I have Microsoft Jigsaw installed on both my desktop and laptop computer. On the laptop, it shows that I haven't completed all the Jigsaw Jam puzzles. On the desktop, they show as being completed. The gold score is the same on both computers.

    What can I do to get the game back in sync on both computers?

    All but 2 of my downloaded jigsaw puzzles have disappeared!

    I have switched from one computer to another and only two of my puzzle collections show up! They still show up on my other computer. Can I get them on both?

    Can we please get an update to the Xbox App that actually hides games with 0% achievements when it's a game you've hidden manually or alternatively being able to remove it completely?

    Yes I can still see the game list with 0% achievements on both the app and on my profile when logged in on a computer. That is exactly what the problem is. It still shows both in the app and on the computer. So that didn't help sadly.

    You could try that, my friend.

    But when you enter the purchase history page on both computers (https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders), all the orders show the same, only the Minecraft for Windows shows on one computer and not the other? All other orders look exact the same?
