Not seeing rewards points for purchase on 3/9

I purchased a game on 3/9 and it said it came with 12,000 rewards points. However, I've never seen them and I can't find any pending transactions. Can you help me?

Where are my Reward Points?

Im looking for my reward points.

My Rewards say i have 32 points, yet on 9/27/17 3,600 points were "deposited" so my statement says. I have a lifetime of 5,500 i didnt even know about, that im not seeing either.

Not earning reward points on purchases

I am not earning points for purchases I have been making, at least they are not showing up on my account page? I'm not seeing rewards for Microsoft Bing Rewards show up either? Can you help?

The only offer in March for that many credits would have been the Ghost Recon offer. Did you purchase the game digitally from the Xbox Store or as a physical disc from Microsoftstore.com? Only physical discs were eligible for that offer

The Ghost Recon offer was only for physical purchases from MicrosoftStore.com. This was stated in the FAQ for that offer:



Which items are eligible for this offer?

the offer period. This offer is good for one purchase only. You can earn up to 15,000 Rewards Credits, depending on which version of the game you purchase:

• Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands Deluxe Edition: 12,000 Rewards Credits
