Not seeing my deposit

Received a notification on my XBOX One Message saying"Your Xbox Fitness credit was deposited and is valid through 12/31/17. Some customers may see an earlier expiration date. This will be automatically extended visit account.microsoft.com to see your balance.
But fo the past three days there hasnt been a deposit

No Deposit Still.

I'm still seeing No deposit into my account I was suppose to be getting a deposit on the 15th of December Still no deposit I request another Deposit for the 29th December but the thing is its not even December 29th Its asking me to request another deposit
witch is stupid It said I requested one already and on the 29th so please fix this I wan't my deposit quicker.

Double check Sign in to your Microsoft account for any refunds as far back as June. Most of those refunds have already been sent out but the emails were sent later

We only see two deposit requests from your account in the past three months. We see that your deposit request on March 2nd was processed and deposited on March 8th. Your deposit request on June 14th was made too late to be a part of the mid-month deposit
this month, and will be a part of the end of month deposit this month.

I did see that, but when they are scheduled for deposit depends on when they became pending. You can see when they became pending on your statement on the MyRewards section of the site. If they did not deposit with yesterday's deposit, then they were most
likely not earned in time for that deposit and would be scheduled for the deposit on April 12.

Oddly enough, I now see that I just got a deposit yesterday, the first in a long time. But my rewards dashboard still says there is trouble making a deposit.

Hello BradfromOH,

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. You can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. We see that these Credits were all deposited in the recent end of month deposit.
