    Hi, I'm not currently seeing the points for my January survey or my spend from December last year. Also every time I check the page it's asking me to renew my gold membership even though I'm gold til next year (2018). Any help would be appreciated.

  2. My 250 points i did not receive them after answering the survey

    I answered the survey on December 31, 2016, a few hours in January 2017 and the mark said "until January 31," I answered everything. Now it's January and it's been over 96 hours and I have not received the 250 points, please fix that problem.

    Where's my points?

    I spent almost $200 during the Black Friday sale and have not got my points on Xbox Rewards. Previously I would get points at the end of the month.

    Also, I took the December survey and it isn't showing points that either. What's going on?

    There was a delay in displaying the January survey Credits to users. You should now be seeing this Credit event on your end. Apologies for the confusion. Regarding your Gold status, we see that you are still being recorded as Gold (as shown by your recent
    Gold payback for December) but since your current subscription is set to expire soon (your last three month sub), you are seeing a prompt to extend your membership. If you have purchased a non-promotional yearly subscription, we should load that subscription after
    your current subscription ends.
