Not renewing cause of Xbox enforcement

I was playing forza and this kid kept crashing me time after time so I sent him a message saying he's garbage and he has laggy internet and I get a comm. Ban its
[MOD REMOVED] -Forum Guidelines. this kid can go troll people and nothing happens to him but one message I get a ban. Xbox you guys are a joke, you guys are so one sided, I've been a long time customer And this was never a problem before the
authority hungry staff of the enforcement team which is another joke. You guys need to do something about the trolling when some one gets reported for unsporting behavior something should happen to them but nope I bet that kid is still playing wrecking people,
good job enforcement team you guys suck royally I would say some other stuff but I might get in trouble for what I really wanna say to you guys, thanks for ruining Xbox.....

Madden NFL 13 - Network Timeout

I have been having the same issue and have reset the router, opened ports and still getting network timeout messages removing me from the game within the first 3 minutes. I have a DNF go from 0% to 26%. I will not be buying Madden 2014 or renewing Xbox
live membership cause of this issue.

 

I'm sorry to hear about that. It's usually best to report users rather that retaliate to avoid enforcement entanglements such as this. You can view and file a case review on the
Enforcement Site but besides that there is nothing anyone on these forums can do. Sorry.

 

I did and they upheld the decision saying I was harassing that kid when he was harassing me and everyone else by crashing us multiple times but nothing happens to him its b.s. and the enforcement team is a joke we don't need Xbox police it was better when
they did nothing about people getting reported its a big joke and I'm done with Xbox cause of this.

 

was TWO threads on this really needed all you should have done was report him but not say anything now you got banned for sending that message nothing you can do but wait it out sorry.

We do recommend following the Code of Conduct when on Xbox Live. If you do run into any situations like this, we'd recommend reporting the user on the console instead of sending a message. You can learn more about the code of conduct and more about how it

If you believe that your actions were not against the Code of Conduct, you might want to file a Case Review to have the enforcement teams look into your situation. You can only do this if your suspension was over 24 hours long. Here is the steps to do that.
