Not refunding or replacing lost/corrupted dlc’s even though I can prove I owned these ...

Xbox refused to help me or take accountability to return my Fallout New Vegas dlc’s or refund me despite that fact that I have the dlc’s achievements to prove that i had the dlc’s on my account!!! There is no way to gain these achievements without first
owning the dlc’s!! Just because it was purchased in 2012-2013 on my moms credit card doesnt mean that I should have to repurchase the dlcs that i was willing to prove i had! Just looking to get my four DLC’s back and the operator I delt with was treating
me like I was a liar, and telling me theres no way he can check the achievements on my page like they arent an easily accesible thing to find when you have my gamertag. No at all happy with being ripped off my New Vegas DLC’S despite pleading with the operator
to allow me to email or post achievements of only the dlc’s I had purchased which i have pictures of all four’s achievements which I think is more than fair only about 15-20

dollar value for a satisfied customer isnt alot to ask. my four

Ghosts was garbage, I only bought it because it was one of the only split screen games that released in 2013 for the Xbox One, I actually like advanced warfare.

Old World Blues DLC Achievements. My Tag is and yet im told I never owned these and yet some how i still owned and played these DLC’s in 2012. I want these DLC’s back on my 360 jusy because it was 6 years ago should not mean im a

Having the achievements doesn't necessarily prove you owned them. If someone else had purchased them on the same console you used then you would have had access to them as well.

If you owned it on your account it should be there, do you have an email from when you purchased it?

With Fallout 3 they also release 2 Disks with DLC 1-2 and DLC 3-4, You only needed to install the disk and you owned it without a digital purchase.

 

If it was disk based DLC they can't replace it for free, but if it was digital is should appear on your account. Call again make sure you are very clear, sorry for your trouble.

 

Hi! I can tell you some other opinion about this. Having the achievements doesn't mean that you are the owner of the DLC's (sorry to tell you that) because this means that you could play the DLC's on a different console (maybe on a friend's console) and
that friend might have the DLC's. If you purchased those DLC's you must have an email confirmation about the payment that you made. Try to find that email as a POP and then contact the Xbox Support.

was purchased before or not please follow the information below:

1. In a web browser,
   sign in to your Microsoft account
2. Select
   Payment & billing
3. Select
   Order history to
   view your purchase history

Also, to see what entitlements are active on the account, visit
My Games.
It would be best to locate the account it was purchased on because if you do not see it in the
order history then they would not be able to see it either. Sometimes you will not see the Xbox 360 entitlements on the website so check the Xbox App as well or console to see if it shows it there.
If it says to purchase again then that means that account does not own the entitlement. Please check other accounts too, to see which profile has the DLC.
