    I was just playing some gta and went to go eat dinner and when I came back my controller disconnected from my Xbox and now isn’t reconnecting any1 know how to fix this problem?

    I'm sorry to hear that. Here are the steps that you can try for your concern.

    Solution 1. Power cycle your console

    Please Turn off console > (press and hold power button for 10 seconds) unplug everything from the console > wait for 2 minutes and plug everything back > Turn On the console.

    Solution 2. Try using a USB Cable to connect the controller to your console and check your batteries as well.

    Connecting or Reconnecting

    Hey Pillows, Sorry to see that you can't connect to Xbox Live. But the question is, have you ran a connection test on your console to see if any errors come up to why you can not connect? Also if you could please visit this forum sticky and be sure to post

    Went through the "error connection solution" process several times, wired and wireless and I don't have mac filtering turned on. All with the same result; that there must be an issue with my service provider. Which isn't the issue because I work for the
    provider and I know nothing has been altered at that end and all my other devices, both wired and wifi are working fine.
