    Not recognizing battleblock theater


    So i am in the update preview for Xbox 360 but when i go onto the Xbox One and try's to see if the game battleblock theater is there it is not on my games on Xbox One. Can someone help me because it would really be appreciated. thank you -

    Not recognizing battleblock theater

    Are you in the preview programme for Xbox One? If not then that's why it won't be availalbe just yet, if you are try going to "My Games and Apps" and scrolling over the to the far right under the "Ready to Install" tab. If you are a member of the Xbox One
    Preview Programme and own the game, it will appear there.

    When you say you are in the update preview for 360 are you saying that you are in the Xbox Preview Program for the Xbox One? If you are and you have installed the latest updates you should see it under My Games and Apps and all the way to the left it will
    be available to download and install.

    Lunar Neon,

    Double check your
    Xbox 360 download history     and verify that this gamer tag does in fact have Battleblock Theater on your purchase history. If so, it should be displaying in your Ready to Install list. If you can't see it, then I can only recommend heading over to the Preview
    Program Support forums so the dedicated preview team can help troubleshoot your issue.

    Sorry guys i think i might not of made this clear. I was offered to be in the preview for the Xbox one but that was when i did not have an Xbox One but now that i have the Xbox One i don't have the i don't see the preview tab. Have i missed my chance or
    is there a way so someone can give me the preview?

    Currently the program was nearing capacity a few weeks ago and might already be full now. You can try and request an invite via this Preview Invite Thread but you may not see an Xbox Live acceptance message at this point. It will probably just
    be a few more months and the the preview will be over and a public update will be released.
