    Hi,

    I bought a Xbox One for a little over a year ago. I joined Xbox reward aswell as opt-in for VIP early on. And as i had to start build my game library from scratch i had alot of games to buy. I finally reached the 5star mark after the X-mas sale and was
    exited to get the 10% deal for 2017. However i've not yet recived any of my stars.

    And since i've bought a couple of games already i have missed out on some of my benefits, and i feel like this gonna be a great year as a Xbox gamer i would be really happy to sort this out. Not recived my stars? :)

    I recived a xbox rewards email saying in two days I would get my account for use, it has now been four to six days and I have not recived my account yet.

    haven revied my promoshion from the dashbord of 600 microsoft points

    i have not recived any in my junk or emails

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least 3000 SEK or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member,
    you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).
    The minimum requirement for your first star is 3000 SEK. Since you have spent beneath this amount on MyVIP eligible content, you do not get payback for your non-offer purchases. We see that you have never been a 5 star member. It sounds like you were browsing
    the MyRewards page in a different region, which caused you to see your spending set to a different currency than the kronen.
