Missing Gears bundle codes after buying Gears 4

I have yet to receive my Gears bundle codes after buying Gears of War 4. Xbox support referred me to you to help me.

Problem with redeem code

I buy gears 4 ultimate. i recived 4 games but the second redeem code (for Gears 2) don't work. seems that has been already use but not by me. can you help me? Nico from Belgium.
