not recieving rewards

this is the warframe offer for plat. well i completed the required 5 achievements and no plat. i talked to someone at customer service who assured me they would fix it.been over a week and its not been fixed now they are telling me they dont handle that
at all and you all do. now i only have two achievements remaining and that doesnt allow me to just try again.

not recieving my rebate back for buying in store, not recieving rewards for completing quests

 

I havent been recieving any of the xbox quest rewards for the past 3 month

please help me i am not recieving any of the rewards after going all the xbox love quests on xbox one. I havent been recieving anything at all please help me. I have done all the quests and waited for months with no rewards.
