    We see that you have been rewarded for your MyVIP eligible purchases in July. Since then, you have made consumable and pre-order purchases which are not eligible for MyVIP:

    What content can I earn a % back on purchases for?

    Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify towards your MyVIP Star Rank and % back on purchases, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes,
    movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, subscriptions like EA Access and Xbox Game Pass, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points
    or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

    Your one eligible purchase last month has not yet been calculated for MyVIP payback. From the FAQ:

    When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

    The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
    terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
    MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

    We have not yet calculated last month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

    I have not received reward points in months even tho I constantly purchase games even gold edition games that are hundred dollars or more and nothing.

    The preorder should show as a punch on your games on demand punchcard. You would need 2 other eligible games to complete the offer and receive the credits.

    The two months for £2 offer has expired, it is no longer available on the dashboard, that is why you are not seeing the offer as it was a limited time availability.

    The Triple Play Offer that you spoke of was also an offer that was available on the Rewards site, if you have not received these points by now, it either means you did not complete the offer requirements(which required ALL three to be completed, not just
    one!) or there was a problem whilst crediting them to your account. I received my Triple Play points on the 30th April, please check
    http://rewards.xbox.com/ to find out if the Triple Play points were ever credited to your account, or pending. It should appear as Triple Play Offer – 300 Microsoft Points ARV £2.35

    How long ago did you complete the offer? Did you do everything required with in each area? If you are new to the Live Rewards program, there are a few things you will need to know. First, you won't get the points added to your account until you obtain over
    100 points. After you reach 100+ points in a given month, you will have those points added to your account on or around the 15th of the following month. Where as rewards which happen to be gifts rather then points tend to come as an emailed code sent to the
    email you used when signing up with the program. Hopefully this answers your first question...

    As for the second part of your question, while I am not quite sure what you are speaking of, being I live in the USA, I can only let you know about how things are here. Currently in the USA if you wish to obtain a month of LIVE and you use prepaid cards
    to do so, as far as I know, Microsoft only makes LIVE cards in 1 MONTH, 3 MONTH, and 1 YEAR groups. This may be different then it is where you live. Also, if you are speaking about 2 months for 2 pounds which was a deal offered on one of the two sites, i.e.
    www.xbox.com or http://rewards.xbox.com then I am not aware of that offer, and am unable to assist you with that part of your question. I hope I was able to assist you with your question, or at least part
