Yesterday i bought gta v with a 500k bull shark card wich should have come when i bought the game. At this very moment it's still isn't there. How do i get them on my online gta?

how about a lawsuit on theft of services

as from what every one is posting my self included someone isnt doing there job we alll spend countless amounts of money on here even on specific reward product. and we are not recieving help or our credit nore rewards

Where did you buy the game from?

If you bought it digitally from the Xbox One Store then check your download Queue as it is likely to be sat waiting to be installed.

If you bought it from another retailer, you should speak to them about getting a code for the bull shark card.

It can take at least 3 to 5 business days to receive a refund after it's been approved if not longer depending on the bank.
