    Not Recieving Gift Code Email


    My friend sent me a gift code for an add-on on an Xbox One/Windows 10 game. I

    was told to check my email associated with my Xbox account.

    Unfortunately, I have not received any emails regarding the gift code. I

    have also checked the spam folder, and nothing was

    there. I checked my Xbox messages as well and nothing was there either.

    Is there a reason why I am not receiving the email?

    No email from Microsoft today.

    i didnt get an email either. i did get a $20 code for gift card though in outlook mail from ms

    Can’t accept a game sent as a gift

    Hello, today I bought UFC 3 and sent it as a gift to my younger brother(who I live with) however upon recieving the code in the email it tells him that he can’t accept the game because it’s coming from another location. We have checked the location on both
    xbox’s and they are the same so we can’t figure out why it isn’t working.

    If your friend sent the message then you should make sure he made no mistakes when he typed in your email. Also, if you're on an Xbox One go to messages and check the Xbox Live messages, not your friends messages

    If your friend sent the message then you should make sure he made no mistakes when he typed in your email. Also, if you're on an Xbox One go to messages and check the Xbox Live messages, not your friends messages

    You won't be able to recieve a different code if it was a gift purchse from a friend they'll have to request a refund. For you to recieve a code for your region you'll have to purchse it in your region itself.
