    Not recieving game add ons


    Pretty much as soon as it came on sale I bought the 100 dollar witch queen bundle (Xbox One). When the 30th anniversary rolled around I was able to access that content just fine.

    I hop on today and now it says I don’t own either of them. They’re missing from the my games and apps screen and on the Xbox store it says I have to purchase them again.

    I’m 99% sure this is an Xbox issue and not a destiny issue but I figured I’d post here to see if anyone had any advice. I’ve posted to the Xbox sub and tried to use Microsoft’s support service but it’s not very helpful

    Update: I forgot to add the information, i bought one game, but when i tried to buy one from GwG discounts, the error happens. I recieved the confirmation of the purchase in my email, but in the console, the game isn't on the download list, and the price
    is still there.

    0x80070008 Error on just Dance DLC

    I've been having this same problem for a while. contacted Ubisoft and they advised me that it was a problem with one of the DLC files and to install them one by one. Unfortunately that didn't work for me either. Deleted the full game(its the downloaded version)
    as well as all the add-ons. Either of you recieved a response that works?

    I want to add that this is the second reciever, I exchanged the first one for a new one and it still has the same problem. I spent a hour and a hlaf on the phone with Denon support before making this post.
