    My xbox isn't recieving any notification from friends i have tried unplugging xbox, hard reset, turning notifications on and off but still nothing need help please

    Notifications Problems..

    Jusy noticed this today. No notification sound when recieving messages and doesn't seem to be any notification icon for friends when they sign in online.

    Hey there Cronesss,

    Sorry to hear about the issue with not being able to see any notifications. Let's have you try these steps.

    1. Turn off all notifications on the Xbox One console.

    2. Remove your profile from the console.

    3. Power Cycle the Xbox One console.

    4. Re-add your profile and test to see if the notifications are popping up again.
