    Not recieved points for november game pass punch card


    I still not recieved any points for doing the november game pass punch card on the rewards app on xbox one.

    I unlocked the last achievements needed for the punch card on the 19th but I still not recieved any points for completing its now the 2nd of December.

    I have contacted rewards support but they repeated what I said I contacted them again to let them know its been 12 days with no points but they have not replied

    Game pass punch card November.

    How can I complete the November 2018 punch card?

    Before activating the punch card and before the 9th of November, I had already got all 1000 gamer points from forza horizon 4.

    Where does that info come from?

    the punch card just said several days, implying from completion, not a set amount of time into the following month?

    (evidenced by people saying they got theirs unlocked and claimed, or saw the ticks within days.

    That being the other issue, some people never got ticks on the punch card, even though they completed it).

    If it was just a date in the following month then it wouldn’t be an issue to as many people i would think, it is just the waiting and not knowing.

    . The form will ask what reward is missing and if there is any additional information you think they will need to investigate the case.

    I have all ready done that on the 27th I got reply saying it takes a few days to update I replied on the 28th and reminded them its been 9 days I have not got a response from them.

    its now been 13 days since I meet the requirements for the quest and still no points

  6. I have the same issue. I got the activation part checked but not the four achievement stages even though I earned the required achievements AFTER activating. I figured by "a few days" they meant by the end of the month, but still nothing. I have contacted
    support and am now waiting a response.

  7. Yeah reach out to support to get an automated poorly worded response that requests you send in screenshots of the completed achievements. Send in screen shots. After that wait, for however long it takes for you to hear back. In my case, never hear back
    from support. Try to chat with someone, who was very helpful, but get sent to post in forums. See that multiple people are having the same issue. Read the replies from others telling those are having problems to contact rewards support. Restart loop ad nauseam?
    Come on there has got to be a better way to get help besides auto generated emails. At least follow up with those that have sent screenshots. This is ridiculous.

    I have not been asked for screenshot and if i was I would ask to speak to someone who owns a xbox one and have unlocked some achievements.

    the reason for that is all achievements you unlocked are time stamped so there is no reason to take a screenshot for proof they only ask that because they are too lazy to do there job
