    Not recieved a minecraft cape


    Hello...
    About half a year ago i moved to a new Minecraft account due to Mojang disabling my old one...
    but when i moved it to Microsoft account i didn't receive the migrator cape at all...i mailed Mojang about it but they are flat out refusing to give it due to my case being special (despite moving form a Mojang account to a Microsoft one which was the ONLY requirement stated)

    Now i see some people like "its not a big deal" or such...to that...well...lots of servers have players who have been there since day one
    but those players who received the cape...most of them look down upon those who didn't get it at all...going as far as to ban them or yelling at them for being "new"
    causing a big separation between those who have it and those who don't

    Is there anyway i can still receive this cape?

    The microsoft account used for my minecraft account doesn't exist anymore?

    Well I can confirm my account migrated properly since I recieved a confirmation email as well as the migrator cape in minecraft.

    I'll tell you a funny story.

    I initially own a Mojang's account. When logged a while ago on MS, they asked me to migrate my account. It failed because I have a domain's name with my email and because I had bought the game in the first place without thinking.

    I lost almost 7-8 years of history with my account just because MS decided that it would be in our interested to not use domain's name.

    Thumps-up. I gave up upon multiple useless exchanges with the support, and I'm not gonna play the game anymore because MS is too great at breaking things up and bad at fixing it.

    Sorry to say but unfortunately as you not meet the requirements to get the cape (Have a Mojang account and migrate it to a Microsoft account)

    If this new account was created as a Microsoft account directly is possible to get the migration cape.

    Also, from Microsoft side is not possible to put in-game items. As Minecraft team wasn't able to give you the cape, is not possible to do something else

    I hope you can understand, and... If you know that you're not "new" just ignore those players

    Well, I don't think that Mojang decided to disabling the old account randomly
    And here no one can give you an exact reason. You may need to ask them directly about this decision

    other thing to note is that mojang actively tried to not give me it by disabling my old account (which was in fact a mojang account) when i tried to ask for help to get it migrated
