    Not receving invite notifications


    For the past week or so I have not been receiving any game or party invites notifications . I've tried clearing the the persistent date on blu ray and resetting Xbox but doesn't seem to fix the issue. This is extremely annoying now. Wondering if there is
    any guidance to fix this problem.

    How do you find your Friends game invites?

    Should find game invites in notifications. Or are you saying invites not received?

    Not receiving messages

    I am not receiving any messages from friends. Notifications such as party invite or game invite show up, but messages will not. I even went into notifications and seen that messages were on.

    Hey there Katistrawphik!

    To start off, can you try removing your Gamertag from the Xbox One, power cycle (hold down the power button for 8-10 seconds) and then add it back? Let us know if that helps Not receving invite notifications :)

    Messages on PC.

    you should install the xbox app and connect your account to it. then you can press windows button and G to see your xbox pannel and fron there you can receve notifications.

    So any preview members mind inviting me?.....

    I keep contacting support about the invite, they say i have receved it in my inbox, but i havent gotten anything. Please help as im becoming rather frustrated.

    Hi there it can up to a month to recieve the actual invite, it should be noted that being invited to the preview program does not gurantee that you will be enrolled. The only thing that i can tell you about not receveing any msg means either the invite was
    submitted late or you could be added next month.

    I'd probably recommend just disabling the achievements notifications then. Does it do it for all notifications though? such as game invites and party invites on your PC too?
