Not receiving xbox rewards on statement

Hello

For some reason I am not receiving my xbox rewards on my statement. This is the second time I have asked for this problem to be resolved. Having received your reply the first time I have waited a month to see what happens.

I have made purchases online and have racked up 3965 gamerscore since upgrading from my 360 to xbox one. The only pending rewards i can see are for a survey I completed.

Please can you help.

Robbed on Rewards

Hi i recently purchased season 2 & 3 of dragon ball z on the xbox store during anime month. i was informed by email purchasing any anime would give you reward points. now im receiving my monthly statement with no rewards, im not sure what is going on.

the offer period. This offer is good for one purchase only. You can earn up to 15,000 Rewards Credits, depending on which version of the game you purchase:

• Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands Deluxe Edition: 12,000 Rewards Credits

Since your purchase was made digitally from the Xbox Store, it is not eligible for this offer.

 

You don't get rewards for the amount of GS that you've earned. You can ask about this at the Rewards Forums or check out the FAQs on the Rewards website.

Well that wasn't the impression I got. Xbox have been bloody cheeky with their reward system. Telling me I earn rewards for achievements. Showing a a pie chart clearly showing a percentage of my achievements is down to gamerscore. Today I have read this
sign up today and get rewarded for your love. our most dedicated deserve the best rewards so we've created some exciting opportunitys with you in mind.

What a joke.

I've been an Xbox live member for four years earned nearly 50,000 gamerscore in that time and have gone through 3 Xbox 360s and now have an Xbox one. I have spent a lot of money over the years online with you and for your hardware. now I feel insulted by
the rubbish you are selling me everyday.

I'm more angry that you give tell me lies than not having the rewards I genuinely expected. I feel conned.

Since buying Xbox one in July I have spent about £160 at a guess with you online. Double that on games from other retailers for a product on your platform. Five hundred on an Xbox an Xbox one. i had approximately 3 years before this buying 360 products but
not cannot look at what I have spent with you online. You take a guess.

Since buying Xbox one I have received 500 reward credits for a 30 second questionnaire I did twice. I never ever thought I would get absolutely nothing else! Because every time I turn my Xbox one I have read how great your reward system is to your "loyal"
customers. Yeah right!

It's ironic you should say about loyalty when you actually have zero.

I would suggest you quote "dedicate members" unquote some honesty. Your marketing is misleading and complete and utter rubbish.

I didn't think Microsoft could be so ignorant. I will never buy a Microsoft product again if I don't hear something more then crap. Even an apology would do! You've lead me to believe my rewards were coming for a long time. I don't even get rewards for Xbox
live??? Come on! This is your gateway to feeding me more lies it doesn't make sense! I'm sick of you treating me like a fool

 

You can always opt out of the program if you don't like it. FYI, Microsoft does not run the program.
