Not receiving Xbox QUEST rewards

    Not receiving Xbox QUEST rewards


    I am pretty sure I completed each Quest (December through March) since I found out about this program in December, however I have only been rewarded for December's Quest. I have just recently completed April's Quest and thanks to
    a Quest Tracker finally being added I have proof. Is there anything being done about this, because many other people are having the same issue?

    Same. Received my Game Pass quest reward, not the Xbox Live Gold reward though.

    Since that's part of Xbox Quests and not the Rewards program, Rewards support will not be able to assist. Keep in mind that prizes from quests are given within the following month. So if that is the quest for December, you will receive the prizes in January.
    If you don't receive anything by the end of January, you will need to post in the sales and promotions forum.

    Game Pass Quest rewards not yet received for August

    Hi, I believe that the conditions for these quests have stated that you should receive the reward within the following month after completion. As such, if the quest was an August quest, the reward should arrive sometime during September. If you haven't
    received the reward by the end of the month, I'd advise posting in the "Sales and Promotions" subsection of the Xbox section of these forums so that the proper support staff can assist.
