Not receiving xbox live reward credits

I am an active xboxlive rewards member since 2014, but yet, as I checked it, I have not been getting any of the rewards for some time! I was supposed to get the 15,000 reward credits for destiny 2 pre order, movies I bought, games I purchased and Xbox live
renewal, but I did not get any credit for any of it. Can you help?

i have not received reward credits since 2014 with the exception of survey rewards. I have purchased movies,games,shows,xbox live,ea access,xbox gamer pass,ect....why am i not receiving credits

 

I can not receive my 5,000 xbox live rewards credits

Hello, I'm having trouble receiving my 5,000 xbox live rewards credits. It's been over 1 month and I have not received it yet. Would anyone help me?

 

Support will double check, but keep in mind that in order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

There are no offers to receive credits just for preordering Destiny 2. If you preordered it on or after July 1, it would count was a punch towards your games on demand punchcard. You would need 2 other eligible purchases to complete that offer and receive
the 15,000 credits.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

Furthermore, from the FAQ for Games on Demand:

How do I earn Rewards with the Games on Demand Pre-Order Punchcard?

Earn 15,000 Rewards Credits when you pre-order three eligible (see description in the next question) Games on Demand titles in the Xbox Store between 1 July 2017 00:00 UTC and 30 September 2017 23:59 UTC. You must pre-order each game before
its shown release date to qualify. Please visit http://www.worldtimeserver.com or another world time database to determine local time.

Since your purchase was not made between July and September, and you have only made one purchase, you have not completed that offer. Regarding MyVIP payback, also from our FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated August or September's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.
