As stated in the FAQ for this offer, you must make three eligible pre-orders during the offer period to complete this offer. Since your purchase was made before the offer was created, it was not eligible.





How do I earn Rewards with the Games on Demand Pre-Order Punchcard?

Earn 15,000 Rewards Credits and 5 MyVIP Gems when you pre-order three eligible (see descriptor in next question) digital Games on Demand titles in the Microsoft Store between October 1, 2017 00:00 UTC and December 31, 2017 23:59 UTC. You must pre-order
each game before its shown release date to qualify. Please note that retail Microsoft Store purchases do not apply. Please visit http://www.worldtimeserver.com or another world time
database to determine local time.

In order to qualify, the games have to be preordered during the offer period. Since you preordered before the offer began on October 1, it is not eligible.

Hi Viper7. Pre-orders do not qualify for MyVIP payback. Certain pre-orders do go towards the Games on Demand Pre-Order punchcard. The current punchcard runs from October 1 to December 31. Your NHL 18 and COD: WWII did not qualify for an offer. Your Forza
7 pre-order did qualify for the Forza offer, and 5,000 Credits were awarded. Those have been deposited to your Microsoft account.

For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. If you preordered on or after October 1, it would count as a punch on your games on demand punchcard. There's no other button you have to press since the program
is tied to your account. You would need 2 other eligible purchases to complete the offer and receive the credits.
